SUSTAINABILITY

We believe a better world is possible and we want to hept the endeavour that Foundations make to achieve this goal. We help with the best asset we have: our professional services.

Nuestro aporte a ONGs y Fundaciones

Through the Salesforce Foundation, Salesforce.com has adopted an integrated philanthropic model, whose mission is to provide non-profit organizations with the best technology available in the market by offering product license donation or discount, in order to help them attain their goals through an innovative technological model.

In Virtual Company Services, we feel very lucky to help several NGOs and foundations with the best of our assest and the best of our professional knowledge, donating part of our consulting, implementation and training services in the use of salesforce.

We work with several NGOs, donating hours of professional services so that, in addition to license, they may have access a well-deployed implementation to warrant success and Salesforce adoption.

How do we work with ONGs?

Once a foundation has applied for the Salesforce Foundation donation process and licenses have been activated:

  • We meet with the project managers/representatives of the NGO in order to understand its mission and processes.
  • We estimate phases and work schedule. We assign resources for the Consulting/Development of the account.
  • We start implementation, which consists in a series of personal meetings and remote configuration by Virtual Company Services consulting agents assigned to the project.

Assignment of a project manager/leader is a must, because he/she will work as a link between the foundation and Virtual Company Services. The Project Manager will be in charge of training end users.

These are some of the foundations we have been happy to help:
